John Holton is the Co-Founder & COO of Holton-Wise. As the COO of Holton-Wise John oversees the daily operations of the majority of departments and team members at Holton-Wise along with the relationships Holton-Wise has with customers, municipalities, outside vendors, subcontractors, suppliers and distributors. With over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial construction John is able to offer up a unique perspective and expertise during his frequent appearances on The Tenants From Hell Show and The House Flipping Show on HoltonWiseTV. On top of his work as Holton-Wise COO John has also Co-Founded several other real estate related businesses including The Hoag Insurance Agency & Black Tie Title. John was born and raised in the greater Cleveland area. He is a graduate of Parma Senior High School.

James Wise is the Co-Founder & CEO of Holton-Wise. As CEO, James' main focus is the strategic vision of Holton-Wise and driving the overall growth of the company. In addition, he oversees the sales and media departments at Holton-Wise while also hosting several popular shows on HoltonWiseTV. He is regularly ranked as the number one selling Real Estate Broker of rental property in the Cleveland, Ohio market. He teaches real estate investment strategy through blogs and articles on many real estate publications and is frequently featured as a guest speaker on various real estate investment radio shows and podcasts. On top of his work as Holton-Wise CEO, James has Co-Founded several other real estate related businesses in the Title Insurance and Rental Property Insurance space. James is a lifelong resident of the greater Cleveland area. He holds an Associates Degree in Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College.
