On May 25th 2020 George Floyd was arrested in Minneapolis, Minnesota on suspicion of passing a counterfeit $20 bill. While three other police officers assisted, Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin pinned Floyd to the ground with his knee on his neck. During this time period Floyd can be seen on camera pleading for his life, repeatedly stating that he could not breath until he became unresponsive. Chauvin refused to remove his knee from Floyd's neck for a total of 8 minutes and 46 seconds. Approximately an hour later George Floyd was pronounced dead. What started out as peaceful protests due to outrage over the gruesome killing of George Floyd and many other African Americans quickly turned into something else. This is the first step in getting a rental property ready for renovation so that it can be placed back on the market for rent. The house was completely ruined by the previous tenants. Our maintenance staff tours this house wearing a tyvek suit due to the cock roach infestation caused by all of the trash and filth caused by the tenant. The entire house has been damaged.
