HoltonWiseTV Highlights (71)

Some tenants are a nightmare. Others are downright dangerous. This is the story of one of the craziest evictions I've ever dealt with as a real estate investor. I had a tenant in one of my apartment buildings who repeatedly threatened to BURN MY HOUSE DOWN! This guy was so unhinged that my employees were absolutely terrified of him. But threats and intimidation don't mean you get to live in my rental property forever. Eventually, this psycho had to go. Tune in to HoltonWiseTV to watch the full eviction and see the ugly reality of dealing with dangerous tenants, nightmare renters, and the risks that come with owning rental properties. This is the side of real estate investing they don't show you on HGTV!
